Ensign wasp

Description:

It appears to have three body sections, wings and very long back legs.

Habitat:

On our spare bathroom floor.

Notes:

Hi everyone! I’m brand new to this site and just found this little guy on our floor. It looks like it may be an ensign wasp but any help confirming that would be appreciated. I don’t see any other spottings in my area but the climate where I live is conducive to the species.
