Most common type of tree in the United States. When the tree reaches maturity, at 49 feet, the leaves themselves can attain many different colors.
Can range from southeastern Manitoba on the border of Ontario and Minnesota, east to Newfoundland, and south to Florida.

This is not a maple tree at all! I suggest you ask for ID help with this one!
