Gumleaf Grasshopper -nymph

Goniaea sp.

Description:

This grasshopper would have been about 20 to 25 mm long. Was dark brown with short wings.

Habitat:

Spotted on the ground amongst dry leaves.

Notes:

I could get just one shopped away and I could not find it again - merged very well with the gravel along the road.
