I am not sure about the right species, the green one (Chrysoperla carnea) is pretty often here and this could be an albino too.
It was found on Ilex aquifolium.

we get Red Lacewings (Dysochtysa spp) in our part of the world so I wouldn't be surprised if you do too although may be a different genus. The contrast between the delicate lacewing and the robust holly adds interest to your photos
