Perennial. Grows to be about 2 to 5 feet tall shrub bush. Forms sharp, pointy thickets. Flowers in clusters, with colors of white to dark red petals.
LIkes a cool season. Found in wooded areas, prairies, on hillsides and in thickets.
Wild roses are adaptive to different soil types.
