Most probably a male Podarcis muralis nigriventris.

Most likely the modest Italian wall lizard Sergio. Don't go by the wiki pic, their pattern is highly variable and can change rapidly. Here is a quite similar looking one:

That was also my guess, but shouldn't it be Podarcis sicula?
