Rare hybrid blue and white body with long neck of Tricolored Heron and yellow mask and feet of the Snowy Egret

Notes:

Rare bird spotted now 4 years in a row at the same spot. National Audubon Society and Florida Audubon Society both confirm that although rare has been seen in 2 other Eastern States
