A type of Iris that is non-native and not yet considered invasive in this area. Growth is similar to most Irises. Long bladed leaves and yellow iris flowers. Spreads by seeds and rhizomes.

Habitat:

This is considered a aquatic plant as it prefers growing in shallow waters. Lakes, marshes and slow moving creeks and rivers.
