Just a genus change. Afrogecko is the current genus and Phyllodactylus is the old genus. People will still know what you mean with either that you use though :)

Is there a different between Phyllodactylus porphyreus and Afrogecko porphyreus?

Maybe marbled leaf-toed gecko (phyllodactylus porphyreus
