Cistus monspeliensis


An attractive and fairly hardy evergreen shrub with narrow, sticky, dark green leaves. It produces clusters of pure white flowers with a center boss of yellow stamens and a distinct resin fragrance.


Grows in dry, sunny habitats and poor soils.
