Possibly Orchis Simia, but without a close-up of the flowers, it;s very hard to tell.

Hi Cyprus Lady! Did the inferior part of each flower look very much like the cut shape of a naked man? Then it could be this one:

But I I understand there also many other species of wild orchids in Cyprus!
