Hi Daniel. I don't know if you're still active on Project Noah, but your snake is a Blunt-headed tree snake, Imantodes Cenchoa. While there are many similarities with the Dipsas, the Dipsas head isn't quite as blunt and it doesn't have this color pattern. There is a good write up on the link provided in the suggestion box.
