Description:

Brown palm tree with green and brown coconuts and green fronds.

Habitat:

South Florida, on land. Coconut palms live in a fluid environmment. This tree does naturally (and spontaneuosly) grow in South Florida.

Notes:

Coconut palms reproduce by producing coconuts and the seeds inside of the coconuts reproduce more palm trees. These trees provide man with food (coconuts), so it's useful. They have a perennial life cycle. This plant can live on a plain. Coconut palms can sometimes survive in a forest, but you are not likely to find them there. People use this plant for food and to make places have a beachy look/feel and to make everything look tropical.
