Horse Fly

Description:

It was about 1" long and its thorax looked kind of fuzzy. It made a loud buzzing sound when it flew.

Habitat:

I observed this fly near Salt Creek Trail in Death Valley National Park.

Notes:

It was chasing my dad. He didn't like it. It was really funny.
