Description:

Small hemispherical insects nested into a pit in the leaf surface. These are presumably female insects. They have caused discoloration of the young leaves of a eucalyptus. Some internal organs are visible through the shell of the bug.

Habitat:

A street planting of yellow box (Eucalyptus)
