Habitat:

Generally they inhabit moist, forest floor habitats with deep soil and abundant forest floor debris. There they hide under all manner of shelter including rocks, logs, leaf litter, and even trash.

Notes:

Found at least 7 or 8 under some wood along the Niagara Escarpment.
