Description:

See photo. Reddish/pinkish fungi with yellow tips. Appears similar to clustered coral, but it seems to be too early in the year (late May here). Approximately 3" in diameter.

Habitat:

Mixed forest - cedar, tulip poplar, oak, hickory on northwest-facing hillside.
