Hema and Bhawnavij; found the problem with finding the range map, a name change, Common Blue, Enallagma annexum [formerly E. cyathigerum ] It has the same 3rd segment problem, so can also be eliminated. Bluets have a lot of markers.

Hema I was working on confirming Enallagma cyathigerum range map not your suggestion (mistyped). You are correct and I put one of the links I used to confirm. I think you already have this site. The definitive ID was the 50% blue on 3rd segment of the tip. http://southwestdragonflies.net/damsels/...

Hema I am working on confirming Enallagma carunculatum, cannot get a good range map and am concerned about first segment markings. It seems off to me, so have to find more information
Jellis not a dancer, wing position wrong: http://southwestdragonflies.net/damsels/...
AgnesAdiqueTalavera and joan6153 not the Northern or Boreal, third segment is not more 50% blue
