Yes, same in Croatian ;) is difficult to say which family cause I can see only few stripes...and not even the "scorpion" end.....sorry.

Thank you. Yea, that much was clear, injica - these flies are called "Schnabelfliegen" in German, which simply means "beak flies".
But that's just the order...
Probably the Bittacidae family?

scorpion fly (that is easy, whenever you see that it's got a beak it a scorpion fly)
