Centranthus calcitrapae
Glabrous plant, green-bluish, annual, 10-40 cm high. Opposed leaves up to 10 com long. Flowers at terminal and sessile inflorescences. Corole pink, soldated with a tube up to 2 mm long, with a short spur, five irregular petals and just one stamen. Calyx during blooming is like ring engrossment. In the fruiting period it develops pinnated filaments to fly. The fruit has a feathery calyx. It blooms during spring.

Apparently not, I have been looking for it and I have not found any.
The medicinal one is Valeriana officinalis (valerian or valeriana in spanish) , that is also a Valerianaceae but is a far relative of Centranthus calcitrapae
