Adult males have a white abdomen. Females and tenerals have a dark basal streak in each wing, a narrow dark stripe down the abdomen, and narrow white stripes on the front of the thorax.
@ Tom15: Thank you very much for ID. When I was a child, I used to play with dragonflies and I always thought that white tail dragonfly was different species. Now I know that they were male and female.
