Some type of moth(?) sitting on my lettuce leaf.

Saw this guy sitting on one of my lettuce leaves.
Cicadellidae/Leafhopper, Cicadellinae/Sharpshooters, Graphocephala coccinea. Actually not a moth, but a tiny leafhopper.
