Fun fact! Nudibranchs are hermaphroditic, so when one of these normally solitary, slow moving animals spots another, it can be sure it is a potential mate! To reproduce, nudibranchs line up so that their right sides, where their genitalia are located, are together. They exchange sperm and both lay eggs, often on top of their prey, which includes sponges, corals, fish eggs, and even other nudibranchs.
