Spotting

Description:

Tree with leathery leaves and dangling round fruits, about the size of a grape or a little larger.

Habitat:

On the seashore of the island of Langkawi, Malaysia.

Notes:

Although it reminds me of the pigeon plum from Florida, I am not at all sure that this tree belongs to the same family (Polygonaceae). No flowers seen at the time.
