Blue Emperor is a Dragonfly, an Asian Swallowtail or a tropical fish. Although sometimes Morphos are call blue emperor, this term is not correct. To avoid misunderstandings I would not call yours blue emperor.
It is an Owl Butterfly, Caligo sp. and Caligo ilioneus, the Illioneus Giant Owl Butterfly.
