Big dragonfly about 8 cm wingspan with metallic blue eyes. Never seen this one before. Flew in through the window at night, attracted by light.

Habitat:

Found near a water-body.

Notes:

Update: IUCN redlist specifies this as data insufficient.. hence may be a rare one!!
