The Chestnut-mandibled Toucan, or Swainson’s Toucan (Ramphastos ambiguus swainsonii) is a near-passerine bird which breeds from eastern Honduras to northern Colombia to western Ecuador.

Great image, I've never been able to get close enough to get such a nice image of a toucan.
