Description:

About 2 inches in length, Tanish skin with brown spots along back, light yellow belly.

Habitat:

They are most active at night, spending the day hiding in burrows or underneath logs, forest ground litter, or rocks. Inactive in hot dry periods during the day up until the fall. Breeds around ponds in the area.
