About 18-24" long, Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Puerto Rico in the rincon area
Apparently Trumpetfish can change their colors. All I could find is this one species, but variable pictures of the fish. I'm pretty sure its a trumpetfish, but am surprised by how variable they are in color.
