Interesting caterpillar I saw in the garden that seemed to be covered in sticks. Occasionally a head pokes out and it moves a little. I really want to know what it is!

I think it's from the Psychidae family.
These caterpillars construct a case around themselves using silk.
Most camouflage it with pieces of materials from their environment.
