Hi SargonR, does the Whitemouth Moray Eel occur near Puerto Rico on http://reefguide.org/whitemouthmoray.htm...... and on some others it said they range in the Indo-Pacific and near Hawaii. Maybe it is a Spotted Moray Eel (Gymnothorax moringa)?
