Unnamed spotting

Description:

Asian long legged fly Condylostylus sp.

Notes:

I like this particular insect. I know they exist in different colors as well. I saw one in orange and yellow. Please help me out and define "IT" by its scientific name! Although I'm pretty sure it's not a fly, I named it "GREEN FLY" instead(similarities of a fly). Is it a member of the FLY family?
