Passiflora mollissima
Light pink pendulous flowers growing along a thin stalk with tendrils.
This was spotted growing profusely along the side of the hill; growing without any evidence of receiving care although the hillside forms the boundary of a Hotel in Ooty, a busy tourist destination in Tamil Nadu, India.
I understand the fruit looks like a banana and is edible.

Is it? Wow...spotted enroute Coonoor. Thanks, Rahul.
So enchanting! Looks like one of the rarest of passion flowers. :)
