Isn't this an East Coast species? It didn't look like a kit fox.
I was in San Pedro, CA at the Boy Scout camp. And yes, there are two of them. I was too startled to take a picture of the first of the two!
I heard that we have 2 red foxes down here. All the time I have been thinking that the people are mistaken!Looks like they might be right!
