Hi btm.bmi, this is a beautiful find! However, I am pretty sure this is an Eastern Pondhawk. If you look at the images in the link you have for Green Darners you will notice that they have more blue and/or brown on the abdomen and no dark stripes like yours.

Your dragonfly appears to be a female.
