Thanks for the information EarlyStages, I didn't found the adult.. You're right, that's not E. aconthea.. I'll update the ID..
Jason, I've seen numerous Euthalia aconthea of various instars throughout South and Southeast Asia, but never one that looked like this. Any chance of rearing it to adulthood? Java has about 10 species of Euthalia, the caterpillars of most being completely unknown.
