Thank you Jellis, the problem wit this sp is that the exact distribution in the Philippines is uncertain, but northern populations are generally considered H. pustulatus and southern considered H. amboinensis.So I don't know which one is!
Not positive but it looks like a young Sailfin lizard Hydrosaurus pustulatus
