groosha6, I think you've got a very interesting species of fungus here. Again, you need to include information about habitat and perhaps the size for all your fungi spottings, if you don't mind me saying so. For fungi with caps, you will also have to take photos of the underside of the caps.
This one could be a species of Helvella- "Elfin Saddles". have a look at this link for information
