Habitat:

Temperate forest. Found while trekking through the Otter creek trail @ Otter creek campground near Raonake, Virginia, US.

Notes:

The spider seems to be a female carrying white coloured egg sacs.

@Atul I think you are right about the family. Unfortunately I do not have a more clear picture to help pin point the species.
Let us see if anyone else has more info.
