Ruellia angustifolia (a.k.a Mexican Petunia)
Evergreen perennial, lance-shaped leaves, come in trumpet varieties. Colours include blue and purple and has five petals.
Originally native to Mexico, the Caribbean, or South America, but is also grown here in the Philippines (where I found this particular flower).

See http://www.projectnoah.org/missions Note that most missions are "local.” Be sure not to add a spotting to a mission that was outside of mission boundaries or theme. Each mission has a map you may consult showing its range.
