Iguanas are native to neotropical America (and some eastern Pacific islands, but far from Bali, and not the green iguana) so this is an escapee (or a release).

It's possible. They do let their iguanas roam free. There is also a possibility that I might be missing something but every resource I have about iguanas on Bali talk about green iguanas in the reptile park.

Thank you, valgaavmiko. You think it has escaped from the reptile park?

I'm pretty certain that is Iguana iguana and the reported location is very near the Bali Reptile Park. I don't recall any native iguanas on Bali.
