Nyctalemon is a junior synonym of Lyssa. The correct name is therefore: Lyssa zampa. I don't think clocilis is a valid subspecies either. There appear to be three subspecies: L. zampa zampa (N.E. Himalaya to S. China and Thailand); L. zampa docile (Andamans); and L. zampa dilutus (Philippines and Sulawesi). So this would be dilutus then I think.
