Definately a species of Arion. Maybe Arion subfuscus. Hard to id to species and it can sometimes help to have a shot of the pneumostome side, The banding in relation to the pneumostome can sometimes help sort out some of the species.

Thanks Mark, I will look into Ariolimax. I haven't been able to figure this one out, and wondered at first if it could be an Orange-banded Arion (Arion fasciatus), but it doesn't seem to really match up with the pictures I've seen of those so far...
