Hi Billo, this little mantis nymph looks very much like ones from Genus Stagmomantis. I know S. carolina is found through Mexico to Central America. It's possible it could be that species or another one in the same Genus.This link is mostly for North America but it has mostly accurate pictures:http://bugguide.net/node/view/4821
