Eupatorium fistulosum
3-7 ft. tall, whorled leaves, large rounded inflorescence made up of many small flower heads.
Wet meadow
I guess you realize how big it gets? Put in a moist area if you have one. Good to hear from you Alice.
Nice Claire. We have this in Indiana and I want to transplant one to my yard. It is supposed to attract butterflies. I am thinking bumblebees are the main pollinator around our house. We have about 50 on the Seedum.
