sintija.valucka is correct ... Goldenrod, genus Solidago. There are more than 100 species in this genus, so a species-level ID is tough. It would be OK to simply list the scientific name as "Solidago sp." But here's a starting place if you want to explore: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldenrod.
It is some sort of a goldenrod! ;)
