Possible mutant domestic white duck or goose gone wild. Much larger than a mallard. Tail curves. Black eyes. Orange bill and feet.

I did some reading today and it seems that history shows that these ducks originally had black feathers as these seem to now. However, over hundred of years, in China where they originally come from, they began to have white feathers. It could have been from the constant grains they were fed with from transport traffic. Never the less, interesting spotting.
