I'll have to look up those snakes to help me with the comparison. I released the snake near campus after I found it. I appreciate the help.

It really looks like a baby Rat Snake or Corn Snake, and they are hard to tell apart when they are young. Of the snakes that are in range, it looks sort of like a baby Gopher Snake but there is so much about it that is all wrong.

Hello Ashley, it is not a pet snake. I found it near the LMU campus. Do you know what kind of snake it is?

Is this a pet snake? It doesn't look like any of the native snakes and what I believe it to be is definitely not in range.
