Description:

looking through my window from behind my desk I noticed this very young snake under attack of a crow, not sure at first what I was looking at because it is quite uncommon to see these snakes out in the open in this area. also I am surprised that this little snake managed to scare off the bird. I just had to rescue it and take it in for a photo.

not yet, it's still sitting here on my desk, recovering from what was probably his first attack in the wild, but I will later this evening.

Nice that you rescued it. Did you release it back into your yard?
