Description:

Very large (aprox 3.5" from end of leg to opposite end of leg) quite sluggish in the cool morning air, he was found at 8:32 a.m. just as the morning cloud cover was beginning to burn off. He let me get quite close to take this picture.

Habitat:

South Beach Campground. On the edge of a field with high human traffic and sparse lodgepole pine trees.
